How To Place An Order

Search our site for the items you require, click on the item to select size, colour etc. Once happy with item(s) add to basket. After selecting all the items you require go to cart and check quantities. Then follow the online instructions for paying for your goods. We currently use Paypal and Wix Payments to process our payments, this enables you to use a paypal account, credit or debit card. 

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need a PayPal account. The PayPal button in the cart takes you to a page whereby you can log into your PayPal account, or just pay by credit / debit card.

Shipping & Handling

Please note standard delivery can take between 1-3 working days for delivery depending on your post code. Deliveries can take longer than this stated period due to adverse weather conditions.


Next day deliveries maybe be delayed as a result of the adverse weather conditions.


Our couriers deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm. If you are not home when we attempt to deliver, the driver may leave your package(s) with a neighbour. Alternatively the driver will leave you a calling card so you can rearrange the delivery for a more convenient day. Redeliveries cannot be arranged for Saturday nor Sunday.


For smaller packages we use Royal Mail, if you are not at home when they attempt to deliver, the postman may return your package to your local post office and leave you a card with details of where and when you may collect your package.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic some delivery services are experiencing delay's, please allow time for deliveries before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

If not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in a saleable condition within 14 days with your receipt/invoice for an exchange or full refund. Unfortunately we can not refund burst/popped balloons unless there is an obvious defect within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Please read our Balloon Care Guide for details on how to best care for your purchase.
